Join us for a 3-week mini-course where you’ll learn the foundations of mindfulness, along with simple, practical tools to help bring more balance, connection, clarity and JOY into your life.
Each week, we will meet live for 1-hour, via Zoom for experiential practice, reflection and connection. If you’re not able to join us live, not to worry! Each session will be recorded so you can watch or listen at your convenience.
Here is the breakdown of what we’ll be exploring:
Week 1 – Understanding what it means to be mindful; intention setting; the power of gratitude
Week 2 – Understanding your triggers; tools for managing stress and anxiety; creating a personal self-care plan
Week 3 – Understanding emotions; tools for managing difficult emotions; the power of self-compassion and how to tame that inner critic

Mindfully Empowered Kids!
“Mindfully Empowered Kids” is a 4-week series which introduces mindfulness to children in a fun, accessible and engaging way. Children will learn skills to foster attention/focus, self-awareness, emotional regulation, impulse control, empathy and compassion. Research continues to show that mindfulness skills training increases resiliency, adaptability and an overall sense of well-being.
